User Responsibilities

Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not misuse or attempt unauthorized access to our systems. You are responsible for activities done under your account. Provide accurate, truthful information at all times.

Service Usage & Restrictions

All services are prepaid. Renew your subscription timely. Violation of terms may lead to service suspension or termination without notice.

Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, content, and software used are property of Extranet Digital . Unauthorized usage or duplication is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages financial losses, or service interruptions. Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

Termination of Services

Services can be suspended or terminated for non-compliance or non-payment. Post-termination, data stored in our systems may not be retrievable.

Refund & Cancellation

All payments made are non-refundable. Mid-cycle disconnections are not eligible for refund. In rare cases of technical infeasibility, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Compliance & Jurisdiction

Users must comply with Indian laws including IT Act, TRAI guidelines, and Telegraph Act. Legal disputes will be under Ernakulam , Kerala jurisdiction.

Force Majeure

Extranet Digital will not be liable for service delays or failures caused by factors beyond control like natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
